Representative Vezey moved and asked unanimous consent that the                
House consider the Senate message (page 4293) on the following at

There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                   
                                                                               
Representative Williams placed a call of the House and lifted the call.        
                                                                               
Representative Vezey moved that the House concur in the Senate                 
amendment to CSSSHB 104(JUD) am, thus adopting SCS CSSSHB
104(FIN).                                                                      
                                                                               
The question being:  Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment            
to CSSSHB 104(JUD) am?  The roll was taken with the following
